It’s always a joy to shop at MAJ whether in person at their W4th location or online. The jewelry designs are unique, elevated and great quality. I have both gold vermeil and fine pieces and they both have lasted many years without wear. Their packaging is also minimal and beautiful, it’s such a nice experience to open. I had a horrible experience in this store. BEWARE of misleading information before you purchase from this store or company. I purchased a Gold Vermeil item and a 3mm Bezel Set Tennis Necklace and Bracelet. While at the store, I asked the sales associate twice about the warranty and whether the item was refundable. They confirmed that I can make a refund if I change my mind on my purchase within two weeks. Excellent customer service. My favourite necklace broke and after providing my order # and photos, within minutes I had a reply to my email as well as a solution. My replacement was mailed to me and arrived in no time. These days good customer service can be hard to come by, however, Melanie Auld's team was excellent!
