Excellent customer service. My favourite necklace broke and after providing my order # and photos, within minutes I had a reply to my email as well as a solution. My replacement was mailed to me and arrived in no time. These days good customer service can be hard to come by, however, Melanie Auld's team was excellent!

By far Melanie Auld has the best customer service I have had in years! I purchased matching bracelets for my mom and I for Mothers Day and unfortunately mine broke. I wrote an email and asked about the replacement or repair policy and I had a response within 5 minutes (on a Sunday)! They fully reviewed my request on the Monday and I had a new bracelet shipped and delivered to my house by Wednesday. I love my bracelet and happy to have a new one!
