I purchased a permanent bracelet intended for indefinite wear, yet it off and was lost within only three weeks. When I contacted Melanie Auld, I was informed that they do not offer guarantees. I was offered a replacement for an additional $50 on top of the original $150 price, or a clasp bracelet for an additional $75 that would only cost $100.00 - all this after we spent over $1000.00 on product.
