Today was my first visit . Office staff was pleaseant. I liked her because she took the time to talk with me and gave me a moment to have a moment and just cry r/t very big feelings
As a healthcare professional, I absolutely love Dr. Aurora (both Vijay and Melanie). They are super helpful and welcoming. They are sure to address your concerns appropriately, get you in a timely manner, and the ultrasound is usually done on arrival with about a 10-15 minute wait. Their office is very clean, and the staff is also extremely knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming, and patient. Super excited for this journey with Dr. Aurora.
Super long waits for every appointment, expect to wait at least 2 hours. You will be told one thing one appointment and then the next appointment told something else. The hospital she does surgery at is horrible and also they will have you wait all day for your surgery. Went in at 6:30am and didn't get my surgery until 2:30 pm. They have no respect for your time. Thank goodness I'm being transferred to a different doctor, this will definitely be the last time I step foot in this office.
