A pesar de que el doctor Vijay es muy amable y acertado en su diagnóstico, y la doctora Melanie también es muy amable y conocedora, la oficina tiene una muy mala gestión del tiempo y no respetan el tiempo de los pacientes. The staff and doctors here are amazing! They got my teen daughter in within one hour! My daughter is on the spectrum and they were extra sweet and understanding to her, all the ladies there were absolutely amazing!
Scheduled me for a 10 am appointment in Victorville, just to show up and find out they’re closed. Got a new appointment at the Apple valley location, waited over 4 hours.Not only was it a long wait time, the waiting room reaks of marijuana. It’s absolutely ridiculous. There are better offices that will get you in and out, and not make your lungs feel disgusting.

I don't understand the bad reviews. Most people don't like long wait times, but I'm okay with waiting because I got good treatment. The female doctor was very nice and understanding. The staff was also friendly. They are trying to figure out what medical problems I have.
