Arrived at 10:30 AM for a pre-op appointment and I still have not been seen its 12:23 PM—completely unacceptable for something this simple. When I asked the front desk for an update, I was told there were only two people ahead of me. Meanwhile, I sat there watching 4–6 other patients get called in before me over the next 20 minutes. I would give negative rating if it was possible! After my last appointment with Melanie Aurora it was very clear that she was rude and unprofessional! She apparently has a problem with her patients asking questions about the medications she prescribes for them. This is my body and I will advocate and research any information as it concerns to what goes in it. A pesar de que el doctor Vijay es muy amable y acertado en su diagnóstico, y la doctora Melanie también es muy amable y conocedora, la oficina tiene una muy mala gestión del tiempo y no respetan el tiempo de los pacientes. The staff and doctors here are amazing! They got my teen daughter in within one hour! My daughter is on the spectrum and they were extra sweet and understanding to her, all the ladies there were absolutely amazing!
