I love Melanie, she’s amazing with Levi. So glad I chose her for Levi’s provider. Only thing I have to complain about is the wait time to get ahold of her with the lady’s up front at Mercy, my son has a 103 degree fever right now as I’m on hold to get a message to Melanie and I’ve been on hold (haven’t spoke to anyone yet) for 20 minutes. Very frustrating when I have an urgent question. I get it, they’re probably short staffed and everyone is sick this time of year but it’s just frustrating as this almost happens every time ... read more
