I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Amster. I went in seeking help for ongoing pain and discomfort related to what I suspected were urinary tract infections. After providing a urine sample, Dr. Amster informed me there was blood in it and asked me to provide another sample. As I was returning to the exam room, I overheard her saying, “how did this chart get mixed up?” to a staff member.
