My last appointment was one hour late to start! Also, the doctor pushed back on every request to order tests and to participate in my requested treatments! I wanted to file a complaint but I think warning others is enough and much less of a waste of my time.
Dr. DeSouza is always pleasant and patient with my elderly mom (Maria), and me. She shows genuine interest and listens to any concerns since the last visit. She asks a lot of follow-up questions to get a better understanding of lifestyle, nutrition, physical ability, etc...and then makes recommendations on next steps. We never feel rushed to end the visit. On occasion, I've sent her a secure email message to get feedback on an issue, and either she or her nurse have gotten back to me in a timely manner. She was wonderful and very easy to talk to!
Dr De Sousa is an amazing primary care physician. She is patient, thorough, compassionate and wise. Everyone in the office seems to like their job and likewise, the office runs smoothly.
Always get good advice from Dr. DeSouza. Looking forward to another year of her excellent care in 2025.
