The three 1 star posts I just read are outdated and need to be judged by the most current reviews. I have been going to Dr. de Souza's for about three years and have never experienced any dissatisfaction with her or her staff. She is very personable and always right on target with her diagnosis. Her office staff are fast, friendly, and efficient. Her nurse, whom I have seen my last two visits, is sociable and well informed....they are the epitome of excellence. I highly recommend Dr. Melanie deSouza as a primary care doctor.
