Dr. DeSouza is simply the best! She knows her stuff, keeps current with latest treatment options AND she cares about her patients.
Dr. de Souza is always so thorough and really listens.
My Dad saw DR. De Souza ...No phone call to check on him after finishing prescriptions or simply after his visit (since he is sick) We were told a call would come for oxygen mask ...no call. When I asked why no follow up , I was told by Matthew ..that they see 100's of patients . This may have been a statement from Doctor ...not sure ...My Dad has been seeing this Doctor for years...he is 95 ....Poor Service ...all around.
