I am saumya. They are harassing me as a client. My review for melange is that they are not at all professional and have lot of internal politics. I cancelled my appointment with them 48 hours prior to actual appointment and I was not given refund even after they state their policy as full refund on booking if cancellation is done before 24 hours. So happy I found this place, the inside feels so luxurious and comfortable. The girls are so sweet and the owner seems like such an awesome lady. Liv gave me a mani/pedi and she took her time and did an awesome job. Will definitely be going back to check out the other services they provide…the only hard part is trying to decide what next!

If I could I would give this salon 10 stars! The staff are amazing, friendly, welcoming. They put up with my constant changes and additions, and my girls and I had so much fun with them getting our nails and toes done. This is our new place!!!! Definitely go as soon as possible!!!
Great experience with Jojo today! She was warm and welcoming and easy to chat with! She did a really nice pedicure that was relaxing!
