Holy Crepe that was good! – If I would have gone by Melange last week I could have used this as the Best Thing I've Ever Eaten review. My trip here was amazing and not just because the food tasted great. This really is what eating should be about. Good food, laughs, and conversation. It's about the experience. I walked up to the Crepe stand and got in line behind 3 other people. The Crepe maker happily took my order as he worked on the other's previously placed orders. Delish! – I stopped by Melange today and Erin, the girl making the crepes, had be a super server at another nearby restaurant. She told me about Melange and the crepe selections (I got the last one, so don't wait to go) and the hours: 7 AM to 1 PM. Fillings vary and they do run out, but the crepes are worth it! Mine was filled with Nutella, the luscious European chocolate hazelnut spread. I had planned to share it with a coworker, but the crepe didn't last that long. I can't wait to go back!
