top rated Dr. Meland is a very good listener. He truly takes a patients requsts to heart. He is a plastic surgeon as well as a hand and general surgeon. He has a lovely and clean office between Walgreens and Chaparral High School. The North 101 Magazine rated him as one of the best 101 doctors in this area. I really am greatful for the attention to detail that he maintains as a standard for all patients.
