The doctors here are very impatient, and the front desk staff is unfriendly. Their system was hacked, and for several days I kept getting endless automated calls without any explanation or follow-up from the office. Scheduling is always a hassle too. it’s extremely difficult to get an appointment for my boys’ annual check-ups.
Cambie de pediatra porq pense era mejor atencion,porque estuve llamando para hacer una cita y resulta que no aparecen y yo hable con la oficina de ustedes es mas fueron como 30 hora hablando para hacer el cambio.. y resulta que tambien dijo que la Doctora Monica ya estaba casi retirada.
Excellent staff. Dr Melamedoff have seen my babies since the beginning, She is such a caring and loving doctor. She used to sing to my daughters when they cried because of the vaccine. We all love her.
