Love their products. My family has used them for 15 years.
Great company
I have given Melalueca multiple chances. We travel and are a family of 2. Sometimes we need to pend our ordering for a month. The company says you can do this although they clandestinely hide the way to do it. I've pended my order a few times in the way they describe and in the time line required, and EVERY SINGLE TIME, I get a back up order shipped and charged. Considering we are down to 2 products that we actually like now, we are canceling and will not have anything to do with this scamming unscrupulous company ever again... read more
Le boy ha poner una estrella, para poner mi queja,fue una mala oportunidad ya que los productos me ocasionaron alergia,y se me hirritaron,los ojos,y no solo eso llame para cancelar mi suscripción de socio, me mandaron correo para confirmar mi cancelación y tuve que marcar a mi banco para darme cuenta que todabia tenían ligada mi tarjeta para cobro y volví a marcar a la compañía para que me quitaran mi tarjeta , es un abuso de esta compañía siendo que ya confirmando la cancelación de suscripción no debería de tener mi tarjeta... read more
