I truly hate several of the systems they have in place. Unfortunately I am stuck with them in the reoccurring order status, due to the unnecessary steps it takes to cancel out of the membership. Easy to sign up, incredibly difficult to get out. Some of the products are good but the logistics of the ordering process and back order scams for delayed delivering are frustrating to say the least. This company is a pyramid scam. They will bill you nearly 100 dollars a month for product you have never even heard of. Then they charge you a 10.00 fee just to cancel. There is NO way to cancel on line you have to send them a WRITTEN letter to cancel. They are using STONE AGE technology to cheat ppl out of money !
It’s really interesting when a company has extra hoops to go through for canceling a membership with them when it’s not the same to sign up, it’s quite easy. Dealing with having to cancel and all the little steps they make you do is enough to never look at this company again for me. definitely think twice about signing up.
They have consistently made quality products that our Family has reordered for 40 years. And, we like the standard and new products even more than before. Now enjoying the diversity of their Securuty System along with feeling safer too.
