Worst apartments in San Antonio period. Do not move here unless you are on the top floor because you can hear everything your upstairs neighbors are doing. And even if you try and make a noise complaint, nothing happens. How is this a “luxury” apartment when you have paper thin walls and ceilings and cars are getting broken into constantly. And when you actually try and talk to the office staff, they do nothing about any about it. These apartments are clean and quite ,with no trash laying around ,no children unsupervised, peaceful,resort like atmosphere, I love living here ❤️

I want to give a huge shoutout to Patrick, the maintenance technician at Mela Luxury Apartments. My A/C went out, and in this Texas heat that’s no joke, but Patrick responded quickly and had it fixed promptly and correctly the first time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents.
