Having known Mel for many years, I can confidently speak to the depth of his expertise and the impact of his work. As someone who has managed anxiety since adolescence, I have found his podcasts and written content to be invaluable resources, especially during difficult periods. His thoughtful guidance, extensive knowledge, and sincere commitment to helping others distinguish him in his field. The one word I would use to describe Mel’s work with my clients is ‘transformative.’ He has a unique ability to bring out things in clients they weren’t aware of and illuminate possibilities they hadn’t considered—I am not sure how he does it, but he just does.
