Absolute crooks and thieves. There are actually attorneys who specialize in suing them. Mel S Harris and LR collections are the defendants in many many law suits. They lie about process serving, notification etc. If you get in "trouble" with them hire a debt relief attorney before you even talk to them. Most likely the judgement against you will be vacated.
I am not fan of debt collectors but this firm did help me out in paying off my debt. It better to get things done and move on.
