Highly recommend Mel/Ry construction company.They went above and beyond all my expectations. Mack,Vincent and Kathy were great to work with. Cost of project was exactly what was agreed on. Build went very smooth. Hard to find Honest business people out there. All work was of great quality and project was finished on time. I will definitely use them for any future builds.

To everyone thinking about buying a new Melry house, reconsider. To those who’ve unfortunately already bought, inspect every inch of your house….and do it fast before the 1 year warranty ends because they won’t take care of it. Even if it was the result of their shoddy work. We have water damage and mold in our walls and baseboards, near the back slider. There’s never any water pooling, so the sliders weren’t properly put in and sealed. This is a house built 5 years ago. As soon as we saw evidence of this, we called & then e... read more

Mel-ry did a fantastic job on our vacation home! We did all the planning with them virtually from New Jersey. We couldn't be more pleased when we saw our home for the first time upon completion. Couldn't believe the quality for the price. Every last detail was perfect! Update to my earlier post.....more than 5 years later and still 1200 miles away with only 1 two week visit a year and our home still looks beautiful!
