Poor management/ ownership. As a long time resident I wouldn’t recommend purchasing here definitely regret it.
Poor management.
Over charging on water bills. Even after having Ankeny water and utilities tell them they are, but privately owned so they have no control over it. management/ corporate are impossible to get a hold of all you get is an answering machine with no response. Don’t buy here.
I have lived in Mel Ray for 23 years and I have never been treated as well as miss Johnson. She helped me with issues like water bills and giving my trailer to someone who needs it. way to , makes me sad I'm leaving. keep up the good work. Thank you so much.
