Mel was awesome. I tend to have a short rope for annoyingly frustrating people and the buyer was definitely one of those. Just about everything that could go wrong did with their incompetence. Luckily I had the competent Realtor and Mel made sure I had a cool head and dealt with a lot of trivial stuff to make sure the sale went through. Plus she got me a higher price than what I was asking. Will definitely use her again.
