I don’t want to give this not one star. We was lied to by Mel never finished the work he promised to do had to ask numerous times to pay the past water and electric bill . Never put in a glass block for the window downstairs he said he would. I have text messages. Had to call him from other numbers just to get him to answer.. horrible experience.

If you want an amazing realtor and all around great person Mel Knight is the realtor for you. He is professional, patient, and honest. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail. Made the process of selling my home a breeze. I recommend Mel to everyone I know in need of a realtor. He is the best!!!

"Awesome" is an understatement working with Mel. Being my first time buying a house was a scary, anxiety riddled idea. Mel made this experience amazing. There was never a time that I felt like just another client. He was quick to jump on a property, ridiculously communicative, down to earth, and his knowledge inside contracting and home repair is top notch.
