Not A Happy Customer – About a year and a half ago Jiffy Lube referred me to Mel Ken motors to replace my oil pan since they had stripped my oil plug. All went well until, while on vacation, I put my truck in 4 wheel drive for the first time since it was in the shop. The front drive line came unbolted (two bolts were missing?) and took out my power steering lines and also made large gashes in the engine.
