Flowers were delivered late and nothing like what I ordered, very very poor quality and arrangement, very very unhappy. Photo 1 what was received, photo 2 what was ordered, truly pathetic
74$ really badly spent. I don’t recommend them if you want satisfaction from your order. I have ordered flowers almost a week in advance. Standard bouquet for my partner birthday and they reach to me on the day to tell me they don’t have the flowers. The lady over the phone was soooo bored and wasn’t helpful. She kept offering me to replace it with some roses which isn’t at all matching what I’ve ordered. So I say no I don’t want this and she kept bringing back the roses. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!! A complete rip off!!!! I ordered flowers and then received a message the next day informing me they can not deliver due to technical issues. IMPOSSIBLE to contact. A complete rip off. STAY AWAY. They effectively steal your money and don't deliver!
