Great communication, they are all about taking care of their customers. This is a family own business and it is very different the the way you get treated compared to a chain car dealer. We live in Wisconsin but would buy again from Mel Ervin Ford in Michigan.
The worst group of mechanics in the state I swear ! Very un organized and they definitely don’t know how to treat their customers , dropped my car off for the appointment I had on Monday and the car sat their in the same parking space for over 2 weeks ! Why did you have me drop it off and not touch it for 2 weeks ! Liars , and very disrespectful office employees ! My family and I will never go back
The worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealer ! Dropped my car off for an oil change , went to get it and didn’t even make it 10 miles down the road before the oil had all leaked out the drain pan bolt and blew my motor up ! They will not take responsibility for it !
Took my truck in for an oil change and a break job , needed up getting a flat tire a few days later to only realize while the tire was off that my brakes had never been replaced ! Definitely won’t be going back !
