The oil change didn't take very long. The staff were friendly and nice. They explained everything to me after the service was done.

Great communication, they are all about taking care of their customers. This is a family own business and it is very different the the way you get treated compared to a chain car dealer. We live in Wisconsin but would buy again from Mel Ervin Ford in Michigan.
