We first did a building & pest inspection done by one of the popular companies out there. Got a very short inspection report with useless jargon & poor customer service. We hired Shubham for the re-inspection & were not disappointed at all. 3 major defects were identified by him in 8 year old house, two of which were in the farther corner of the roof void & subfloor. The report which was delivered had everything we expected & more. Good price overall. Need more local experts like them.
