As advertised, Cold plunge is cold and the hot sauna is hot; some of the best treatment you can earn! Mekanix does it right with a great setup and atmosphere.
I just love this place. I was scared of doing calisthenics in the past, group workouts makes it easier for me. Furthermore, I work out in the group where in fresher like me and other members who are pro, both are given proper attention. Benefits of Fire and Ice therapy as mentioned on the website is true. One month of training and diet counselling has build more energy and confidence in me.
