The stylist did not go off the reference photo I showed her for my blowout. I showed her something voluminous and with volume, and she said “ok so natural.” Noo!!! She cut gray strands sticking out of my hair for a blowout and didn’t tell me and then said “it’s ok.” I didn’t ask for that! When she put hairspray in my hair, she blew on the sections with her mouth 😭😭😭 I’m also licensed, that’s a major major state board violation. The assistant gave a good shampoo and was very nice to me.
