I've had some HVAC related nightmares recently. Things that I thought would cost me thousands and thousands of dollars. Bill and his team were quick to respond, came into my home and made me feel comfortable, walked me through the process and then fixed it for a fair price. No pressure to upsell anything I did not need. Just a quick easy resolution for way less expensive than I expected. Bill was polite and professional and clean, friendly and efficient.
Very hard to get ahold of and when I finally did told them my issues and basically scoffed at me thru thru the phone while also telling me to try someone else. Only tried because a buddy told me about them and there local, but don’t even waste your time with this company, seem like a bunch of non professionals in the office with no real business sense. Couldn’t believe how they talked on the phone after a lady transfered me to a “tech”
The worst
Bill and Mek Tek Mechanical came highly recommended from our handyman. They sent Collin out to our home the same day for our A/C system. We could not have been more pleased with Collin and the service provided. The price was very reasonable as well.
