Lorena was super unprofessional. I had an appointment set up with her to go look at a rental property. She forgot and ended up FaceTiming me to give me the code and enter by myself. I open the lock box and the key wasn’t there, she had to call someone else to find out they left it on top of the electrical box. Upon going inside the house it was fully trashed with soda cans, tortilla chips and food on the counter. I still applied for the property anyway. I wish I could give her 10 stars! Very Professional and helpful, Miss Lorena helped us from Alabama before we moved to Texas in our search for a new house in El Paso. She's Bilingual and knows everyone in the Realtor and Home Buying and selling business in the Area.
