I've heard ALOT of positive things about this shop, i will be buying a 328i soon, and this is the first place I will go for maintenance and or repairs..
Overall a dissapointing experience. I had scheduled an Alignment after talking to these folks. They were knowledgeable and professional over the phone. The price for an alignment was somewhat high considering it was only a front end as nothing on the rear of my vehicle is adjustable. I agreed to the price however as I installed some taller springs and trusted them to get it right. I picked it up later that day and the alignment they did is quite good. I took our 2016 Volkswagen Touareg in for review of the blind spot monitor assemblies on both the driver and passenger side, as neither was working in any capacity. I was quoted $2,800 for full replacement of both assemblies by another automotive shop. Meister Werks was able to get my vehicle in within 24 hours of calling for an appointment, and was able to find that the current blind spot monitors were working perfectly fine, and that they had been turned off instead of being broken and needing replacement.
