Great service!
I had a stubborn faucet that needed replaced, so I decided to call Meisters. We’ve used them before, and Dylan was wonderful! That’s why I called again because of the amazing experience we had with Dylan. This time we had Dayton, and he was brilliant! It was not an easy fix, but he made it look easy. When he was cleaning up, (so nice of him by the way), he noticed a leak under my sink and he made the time to replace that as well. I was thrilled. What a guy! Meister came out today with Walker excavating to replace my main water service through the American water program. VERY HAPPY with the service!!!! Evan was the plumber and he was phenomenal. Evan was on point and did an amazing job, very easy to talk to and informative and answered any questions I had. Evan was GREAT!!!!
They did a great job. I had a sewer line replaced in the cold month of February. Service was prompt and the communication was good. Billing was even lower than the original estimate. Thanks guys.
Waited 8 and a half weeks for a quote. Communication was awful. We'd call and email and get no response for a week. Then when we'd get one it would only be a half answer that would cause us to have even more questions. Went with another company and had a quote within 5 hours. They might do good work, but I'd never know since I couldn't even get the first step of the project done with them. Some of the worst customer service I've experienced.
