Plumber for my new build custom home. Gave up on them after they could not fix leaking shower after 4 attempts. Always had some excuse - some showers just leak, don’t use it, since you have two shower heads, these shower heads drain a lot. Called another plumber , came over and changed cartridge, never leaked again. Could never fix tankless error codes - said it was because we have to many electrical outages.
