I purchased a $500 custom order that we confirmed online. Purchase order and receipt do not confirm the customer work. They sent us their stock artwork and refused to refund or replacement. Non of their documentation stated it was a stock order. All they did was offer a discount on future orders. They even refused to offer paint information that would allow us to remedy the issue on our own. Not a customer service focuses company and i cannot recommend for any custom work

Meissenburg Designs office is a very creative, interesting place. All of the employees I have encountered went above and beyond! Super polite and helpful. The unique art is over the top amazing!! So proud that this Montana company sells all over the world and is located here in Bigfork.
I ordered this sign the Monday before Christmas I knew it probably wouldn’t get there in time. I did contact customer support and one of the gentleman from there said he would get it to me before then no extra charge for the expedited shipping just the original shipping charge. I love how the sign looks I love how quick you get here they are fantastic customer supportthank you so much. Merry Christmas !!!!!🎄
