RecommendedAir unit went out overnight. 87 in the house today. Meisner was highly referred by my wifes boss. Carol called the office and within an hour Brian arrived to save the day. 5 minute fix, the unit was working. We signed up for the service contract, because of the fast response we got and total satisfaction. Thank you to Meisner office staff and Brian for saving what could have been another night with no sleep. On time, clean up after job is complete and very courteous. Our team was Brian and Sam. they replaced our total AC system (2 units). They had to climb up into a hot attic on a very humid day. Got everything done in one day when it was supposed to be 2! Ac is back up and running and we are happy campers!
Their service was amazing. The lady on the phone was helpful in getting me help right away. Brian called to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived, he was polite, kind and talked me through everything that needed done. I was super pleased with the service I received and I hope that Brian will return for future service.
Brian Dillman has recently worked on our hot air gas furnace to identify and make repairs to get the system running properly. Brian is always pleasant and professional. He calls when is on his way and always arrives for the service call within the pre-established time window. I highly recommend Brian for his knowledge, courteousness, and that he takes the time to listen to the customer and then explains the work he plans to perform and the outcome of the service call.
Both Tony and Kale were pleasant and answered ALL our questions. They made sure that we were completely satisfied with the new unit and how it worked. Tony showed us how to work the temperature control unit and made sure we understood the mechanics. Kale made sure we were comfortable with the air control and made several trips back to the small hot attic to ensure that all vents were open and clean. Excellent job by both Tony and Kale. Brian called me shortly after I called the company on Saturday & came around dinner time. He called before he arrived & was on time & very prepared to evaluate & price out the repair on my AC unit which went out a day before I was leaving for two weeks overseas & had to leave 2 cats cared for by a neighbor in the house. Brian came to my rescue & did the repair quickly at a fair price. I would highly recommend him. He has a nice manner about him as well...Very pleasant.
My house had a fire because of the worked done now im stuck with the bill never use BEWARE
Meisner service horrible bad work not quality would never recommend
Meisner is a scam they treat people disrespectful they wall all over them like there garbage i would never recommend Meisner services poor workmanship in electrical end
