Recently worked with David and a couple others from his team (Kristy and Natalie) for a condo purchase in Toronto and they made the process super easy. Very communicative throughout and David even walked me through the entire package of documentation line by line over a zoom call to make sure I understood what I was signing. Pricing was also super transparent - basically they give an upfront fee which is all inclusive so you know exactly what you're paying. Highly recommend working with them.
