Did not take what I considered an important concern seriously. His response to my question was "call the President". My electronic medical record was locked and not completely available for over 1 year. My request for my medical records took 5 months (October 2020 to March 2021.) to be complied with.
Great doctor with a caring staff.
The doctor is very difficult to follow. I am disabled and been on a particular med for may years; however, he wants me to come in monthly to pick up script, take a urine test (both the aforementioned is not regular practice since my med isn't a Schedule II drug). I've had an ongoing prescription for many years for anxiety due to being disabled, and it pertinent I receive my anxiety medicine as I am on the verge of panic attacks constantly, in large part due to my disabilities.
