1/23 I ordered a necklace from this company. I never received email confirmation. I was notified only on 1/29 they were out of stock and will be making one for me and it will take about 4 weeks. I got no updates and I even followed up on 3/4 and 3/10 via email with no response. On 3/17 I called the New York store who said they would ship it expedited and give me 25% off of the original price. I checked my mailbox every day that week and ultimately got an email 3/21 saying they are cancelling my order.
They are the best the communicated they have great stuff. Their employees are nothing but enjoyable to deal with shout out to Lystra for all your help.
