Terrible experience: I have a '21 Volvo that needed new brake pads. I have been a client of Meineke for over 10 years (no longer after this). When they took the brake assembly off, they stripped the caliper bracket. They tried to say it was because of rust but there was zero rust when he showed me later and when they tried to order the new part, they claimed no repair shop in town had it, so they needed it to be overnighted. Con artist you get the best BS service Promises that as nasty as Greg’s breath Bring it back we make it right! Wait you do exhaust? But I have to bring it back cause you didn’t do it right the 1st vist that lasted 3 hrs.? Then the 2nd vist 2 more hours 3rd vist I bought a muffler and brought it in with me cause the 1st two times you never installed one let alone used the correct exhaust piping size.

1st time at meineke Was told they can hook me up X) once home and ears ringing from the exhaust I got under took these photos Notice no muffler or resonator in any of the photos of cat back.  3rd vist I called ahead explaining its 21/2” exhaust to muffler, then 3” from muffler to tail pipe Once there they lie saying pic 1 piping was already on exhaust.( notice it’s new piping) 1) 2) Piping in pic2 was cut out for the resonator installed.( resonator lasted about 10 miles and lost all passing power from meineke workmansh... read more

I just brought my car to a reputable place after these clowns fouled it up. Nice job Charlie and crew, you never reconnect the linkage after replacing my wiper motor. On top of that, the motor was NOT the problem. The issue was with the switch and your horrible, sloppy work. If I could give negative stars, I would give you a -5. Suffice to say I would NOT recommend this place for any real mechanical work PERIOD.

Pissed off, on a fixed income - wipers didn't work. I was told to buy the motor, without them even looking at the car, which I did for over $80.00. They installed it, turns out it was NOT the motor they just installed but the switch on the steering wheel. I have ZERO $ to waste, now I have to buy the switch for another $60.00. Whatever happened to diagnosing the problem first? Sorry, this is unacceptable. Though this place is pumped up with good reviews on social media sites, they do shoddy work and are hard on the upsell in Milford. Buyer beware. You can find a more reputable place than this, I promise. I went in to get my AC worked on one week ago. The first thing they let me know was that all four tires needed replaced. I got the tires replaced but opted not to fix the air conditioning at that time because the costs were going up and up and up. They were hard-selling their finance programs with eager eyes. This place is absolutely awful! We clipped a "coupon" for a $69.99 oil change so since they were down the street, I figured we would give them a try. NEVER AGAIN. Little do they tell you they charge for oil, labor and god knows what else. Our oil change was a total of $160!! That's more than DOUBLE what the coupon said and more than DOUBLE what we pay at the dealership.
