I was referred there because they were honest and reasonable, however, they tried to sell me repairs that I did not need, and they didn't know that what they were trying to sell to me wasn't needed because of the make of my car - because the parts of my specific car responded the way it did all the time. The mechanic said that I had rusty parts, but the dealer intervened and called Meineke to straighten them out about the fact that the parts on my car had normal wear and tear - and should not be replaced at this time.
