Here is my story related to the 1 star rating: My 2014 Mazda Miata needed the clutch pedal replaced. I bought the part from Mazda. I left it with Meineke Car Care Center of Branford with the understanding that they would look at it and call me and give me an estimate. The car has over 100k miles so I was thinking about changing the clutch master cylinder at the same time. 2 days later and i never received a call. I went there and they had already done the job. Every one should use meineke
I have been going to Meineke on Branford Hill for many years. The reason is that they are simply the best. They are thorough; they keep me informed all the way through the work; they are friendly; they are honest and their pricing is excellent. Why anyone would go elsewhere is beyond me.
The customer service rep could not make change after oil change. Told me to walk across Rt 1 and get change at McDonald's Which was dangerous. I walked to bank paid and told rep bad business practice he replied lose the attitude. I responded Cust alway right and he kept chirping. I would never return and he should be reprimanded
Bob coco has been fixing my vehicles for over 30 years. Great job as always
