After visiting Meineke on North Tryon Street in Charlotte, NC this morning to have my car re-inspected, my hood blew up and bent all to pieces while driving down the road. I went straight back to Meineke and indicated to them that they did not shut my hood and wanted to know what they were going to do about the damage to the vehicle They indicated to me that they did not open the hood. Worst oil change ever!! It took 2 hours to get my oil changed and tires rotated even though they said it would only be a 25 min wait. When I got my car back the brakes squeaked even though they had never done that before. Horrible!
