Denial of Service. I visited the facility on Friday, March 22, 2013. I was badly in need of an oil change due to a long trip. I reside in New England and always use Meineke for service. I had also printed a coupon for a discounted oil change. I first spoke to Estimator, Nina Kirkpatrick who was friendly and attentive. She entered my auto info into the computer. I have a 2007 Toyota RAV4. She asked me if I was using synthetic oil. I replied that I always use regular oil. I was told that the computer code indicated otherwise. ... read more
