A few days after my oil change I noticed that 3 of my tires were low. As far as seeking customer service goes, this is poor. . .it only takes a couple of minutes. Two weeks later, I got my timing belt and water pump replaced by my mechanic who told me that my oil was two quarts low and that I hadn't had any leaks. I called to tell them and I spoke with Laura.
