Although formerly I had left a positive review, I will no longer use Meineke for my auto-service needs. I've been dealing with a brake problem for 2 and a half years now because the problem was not correctly diagnosed twice by this Meineke location. After paying over $400 to have them replace my rotors and pads, a year later pads that were supposed to be "the best" and "last forever" wore through yet again into the rotors. So I moved to parker 2 years ago and this is the cheapest and most honest car shop I found. I have made small talk to find out that they have had many (3-4)different managers the past 5years some which did not put much effort into the company. If you ever have a question to why you need a repair they are always happy to explain to you about the problem. Very pleased with my experience and not sure about the other 2 reviews that have been posted but I didn't anything close to that type of expereince at Meineke. I went in to get my mufflers replaced out and had got the wrong part from Summit Racing as it was for another year on my make and model. The manager onsite had gave me some options and had done some work on his end to see what type of muffler it would take to get installed on my car, after a few days he calls me back and gave me my options and didn't try and sell me s... read more

Thank you! I highly recommend Meineke Car Care Center of Parker for any of your vehicle needs. They repaired my car quickly and did what was best for me the customer :) I will be back :)
