Always receive great service here! The staff is very professional and friendly. I recently had to have alot of work done on my vehicle. They got me in quickly to address the problems. Hugh, the technician that worked on my vehicle, was outstanding. The list of problems was pretty extensive and he took the time to explain each and every item. I called, made an appointment for that afternoon, scooted right in and out. Took advantage of their $5 oil change and was not disappointed. Had an issue with rewards points so they threw in the tire rotation. Extremely happy and satisfied! Great people and value!

Best service ever! My alternator was going out and needed to be replaced ASAP, so I called around and Meineke on Jefferson was the only shop that could take my car that same day. It was a little farther from my house, and I was worried my car wouldn’t make it there, but I was determined to get to work by 12 PM. Of course, less than 5 minutes from the shop, my car broke down. 😭 So close, yet so far away! On a chance, I took my vehicle in for an oil change. It’s a clean, friendly, helpful environment. The wait time was not long at all!! They are prompt and polite. They offer a coffee area. The front desk lady is so sweet, and helpful. I will come back here again.
