I called, made an appointment for that afternoon, scooted right in and out. Took advantage of their $5 oil change and was not disappointed. Had an issue with rewards points so they threw in the tire rotation. Extremely happy and satisfied! Great people and value!

I went in for a routine state inspection, it wasn't their fault that my car needed work. I needed two new tires and some lugs, usual fees. I did however wait four hours. Again, I could have paid for an Uber and gone home, but I decided to stay. At least it was a weekend, and the staff there are nice. What I recommend going to this meineke? Yes. I just wouldn't recommend buying a Volkswagen GTI. They are expensive to maintain.

Best service ever! My alternator was going out and needed to be replaced ASAP, so I called around and Meineke on Jefferson was the only shop that could take my car that same day. It was a little farther from my house, and I was worried my car wouldn’t make it there, but I was determined to get to work by 12 PM. Of course, less than 5 minutes from the shop, my car broke down. 😭 So close, yet so far away! Worst auto shop experience of my life. Complete scam. I paid $400 for this shop to "diagnose" my AC. They told me I had a refrigerant leak and needed a full evaporator core and condenser replacement - then quoted me $5,100 to fix it. Five thousand dollars, like I'm driving a Rolls-Royce, not a regular car. Something felt off, so I took it to a second shop for another opinion.
