Made an appointment for 2:30pm car inspection, didn’t get out till 5:30pm; Everything went great until I noticed they messed my windshield tint up where the sticker goes and placed the sticker partially on the tint. I told them about the issue (and showed them a picture) I was told “legally we can remove the tint as far back as needed for the sticker”. I specifically went into the shop and requested to have a sensor for a 2017 Infiniti installed into my transmission. The Mechanic Eric stated he needed to flush the transmission in order to get to the problem. I explained I needed the sensor installed. I purchased a sensor and brought it in. I was charged $419 for a flush of my transmission fluid. And $45 for two air filters and the remaining fees were truly unexplainably acceptable. 219 of the dollars were for diagnosis. I had made a 9 am appointment for a state inspection. Arrived 15 minutes early, and I had to wait 6 hours without food. 🥺 I was really upset, but I passed, so I don't have to come back. But very surprised by that wait for an inspection. Thankful for paying 1.00, but I would have paid the standard 16-20.00 for faster service. The place was cleaned and cool and the coffee was good. Rebecca tried her best to make it right and Jeremy was very patient when I came up inquirying about my car. So, thank you.

Worst auto shop experience of my life. Complete scam. I paid $400 for this shop to "diagnose" my AC. They told me I had a refrigerant leak and needed a full evaporator core and condenser replacement - then quoted me $5,100 to fix it. Five thousand dollars, like I'm driving a Rolls-Royce, not a regular car. Something felt off, so I took it to a second shop for another opinion. The staff and mechanics were all very friendly and accommodating to me during my visit ranging from allowing me to retrieve item from my vehicle before I had to leave it to being considerate with my social needs. After finding out there was much more going on with my vehicle other than a regular inspection they were able to get it looked over and have the car turned around in less than 48 hours.
