Always receive great service here! The staff is very professional and friendly. I recently had to have alot of work done on my vehicle. They got me in quickly to address the problems. Hugh, the technician that worked on my vehicle, was outstanding. The list of problems was pretty extensive and he took the time to explain each and every item. This location is top-notch! After dealing with terrible customer service at two other shops, I drove all the way from Norfolk just because the receptionist was so courteous and helpful. She answered every question I had with ease. The service itself was just as impressive; the technician clearly explained his findings, educated me on what repairs were necessary, and prioritized what needed immediate attention. On a chance, I took my vehicle in for an oil change. It’s a clean, friendly, helpful environment. The wait time was not long at all!! They are prompt and polite. They offer a coffee area. The front desk lady is so sweet, and helpful. I will come back here again.

I called and made an appointment & they asked when i needed it back: i told them anytime that day. I dropped my car off at 9:00 a.m. just needing an alignment & to patch a tire. I checked in around 4:30 and they still hadn't gotten to it, but told me they couldn't patch my tire & I'd need a new one (um...No. No i didn't). I had to coordinate transportation to get back up there before they closed at 6... And they STILL hadn't gotten to it. The whole thing was inconvenient & an absolute waste of time.
