Took ad in for brake pad job. Got the expected call that more work was required. Total bill $794. Not pleased but paid bill and walked out satisfied. Two weeks later, the brakes were louder than before. Returned to shop and was told they used the "least expensive" pads. Offered that if I agreed to pay for better pads, they would install for free. I agreed. Returned for the service 3 days later and was told by the manager that they would not honor the remedy but I would have to pay for parts and labor to correct the problem. ... read more

I have been going there for couple years, Joe the manager (owner)has always been upfront and honest. I do believe his prices are fair and the quality of workmanship excellent. the one time I was in getting a brake job on my car the was a man with his family who was under hard times and the brake were grinding, the man couldn't afford all the work. the manager got his team together and found a way to take care of this man and to make sure there car was safe. This is how the community look after them self.
