I used to love taking my car to Meineke, but the past few times were horrible. Especially the last. Had my car towed in, so they could fix it if course. And when I went to pick it up, they gave me the keys and I get my car they broke off my gear shift knob. I had to go back in and ask why was it like that and they told me that was how they were able to get it to shift and to “go to the dealership to get a new one” and I also noticed they cracked the framing that’s where the radio is.
