Not happy this time took over an hour for an oil change and I had ordered tires like I had normally done in the past.They did not do this because they say they don't take orders for tires over the phone only in person at the counter. Which was different than what has been previously; even with this, did they take an order for tires? No, so I guess I'll be going to Tire Kingdom.
I brought my car in for a 9:00am appointment for front brakes and an oil change. Never quoted me an estimate they said I would receive a text which I never received. I had to call them and my car would be ready at 2:30pm They charged me over $1000 saying I also needed rotors. I had them check my brakes the time before and they said they were good for at least 1 or 2 more oil changes. I was very unhappy with the price, time that they kept my car and lack of communication. I think they are criminals Gene Smith
