I like the people . They are very nice and friendly. If they come across a problem they will show it to you and explain the problem. I am a regular customer, every two weeks.
I have been very happy with my experience at Meineke. I have always had my maintenance performed there and they have kept me informed of the condition of my vehicle. When it was time for me to have additional repairs performed on my vehicle I was not at all surprised, they had told me at my previous visit that my tires were wearing out and that should consider having my alignment check because of the abnormal tire wear I was experiencing. I found the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. My brakes were making noise, They took me to my car showed and explained what was wrong and what needed to be done to repair. I have never had anyone do that before. I recommend John and the staff at Meineke to all my friends and family.
