I had a large nail in my tire and needed it done quickly. Amber (the best) got me in right away and the tire was fixed and I was on my way in minutes. They always take care of their customer. They are great.
I went to 2 mechanics before coming here; one just sent me away, and the other replaced a part but the issue persisted/got worse. I was moving 5hrs away and just needed confirmation that I’d make it, but with their dismissals, I kept having to delay my move. Amber was incredibly thorough diagnosing my high-mileage car. Went to this Meineke due to the reviews for an alignment, got a text my car was ready an hour later, picked up the car quickly realized that they didn’t align the car at all, asked for the sheet to see the measurements prior to the alignment wasn’t able to provide me with this instead showed me a blank screen, very shady business still charged me 149 for a job that wasn’t even done, buyers beware especially if you aren’t mechanical inclined because most people wouldn’t know.
