Only place i go to for my car🤩
I went to 5 places before 8 am on a Saturday to get an inspection. They were either full or not doing inspections. I walked in Meineke and was out in less then an hour. It will now be my forever secret location. Nice, clean, coffee, friendly staff, tv, great music!!!
This shop was terrible. They had me wait over four hours to not even service my car because of a made up issue with my car. I took my car to another place and they confirmed there was no issue with my car. Not only were the issues bogus but they quoted me some outrageous price to get the “issue “ fixed. I sat there for four hours I saw people going in and out. I also had an appointment. My car never got serviced. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.
On 9/13, I brought my son’s car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service at the time was fine, but only four days later and after approximately 80 miles of driving, his back driver-side wheel came off while commuting through the tunnel to ODU. This was a terrifying and dangerous situation. I immediately contacted the location and spoke with the manager, TJ, who assured me they would take responsibility and cover damages if the vehicle was brought back.
