Bob worked on my mini car keep leaking he did not give up he is the sweetest guy thank you Bob for your patience
Been there several times and never got yelled at by the customer service desk personal until today.I mean full on loud yelling. Repairs were fine and the Manager promptly solved the problem but staff at the desk are totally useless and rude and have no problem solving or communication skills with the public.
Totally oversold work needing to be done. Wanted over $3000 to replace a couple of struts Toyota dealership is way cheaper than that.
