Been there several times and never got yelled at by the customer service desk personal until today.I mean full on loud yelling. Repairs were fine and the Manager promptly solved the problem but staff at the desk are totally useless and rude and have no problem solving or communication skills with the public.
Branford location was spotless and work performed very fair and fast as I waited in customer area. Best place for repairs!
Totally oversold work needing to be done. Wanted over $3000 to replace a couple of struts Toyota dealership is way cheaper than that.
They did a great job - quick, cheap, friendly staff
