I took my car in and asked for the front brakes/rotors to be changed and to look at the back brakes. The back brakes were squeaking. I stated that I wanted them to look at the calipers, which had been replaced and that’s when the squeaking started. They inspected and said it needs new pads/rotors like the front. Brandon genuinely cares and took the time to explain everything clearly. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident and taken care of. Highly recommend!
Good same day service. Shop seems to be a bit understaffed for the available number of bays, but despite this, they had me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Getting a one year warranty backed by a national chain is also nice.
Great job to this new ownership 08/26/25 they were accurate efficient and realistic to complete my brake repairs in 3-hours from walking in the door to driving away. I highly recommend and welcome them to the automotive repair shop in Spokane.
