Needed an alternator replaced and CV joint fixed. Could had easily said this and that needs fixed too but shop did not. Very up front on what was needed or recommended. Brian made me feel like I was most important customer at that time. Really appreciated the honesty and just good communication and customer care. And my daughter happy as car runs so much better. Thank you
The only thing was my appointment didn’t start on time, needs improvement.
I got an oil change and was happy with the service provided. The only surprise on the bill was a 3% addition for using my visa credit car.
I’ve gone through this place that’s just a few miles from my home. They’ve provided excellent service and I like how they do visual inspections by documenting photos telling you exactly what needs to get done. Price wise some services are great while others can be a bit higher than desired but they know how to get the job done correctly.
